I invested in the new branch of the international franchise "BROOKLYN FITBOXING" of Sergio "Maravilla" Martínez, in Argentina and I received an estimated 45% annual return in pesos, payable monthly. The franchise will be managed and commercially exploited by Brook Recoleta SAS on behalf of Se Socio investors.

The estimated profitability corresponds to 11% of the revenues received by the new branch located in the well-known neighborhood of Recoleta on Paraná Street 1026 (between Av. Santa Fe and Marcelo T. de Alvear).

The estimated time for the opening of the new branch is 3 months after the project is financed, thus having the first payment of rent at the end of the first month of activity and with a duration of 3 years.
In case the estimated profitability for Brooklyn does not reach 20% per year, the life of the project will be extended up to 5 years and / or until it is satisfied without the need to make a new capital contribution.



Brooklyn Fitboxing INT is the intellectual and industrial owner of the design and technology necessary for the training system offered worldwide. Currently the franchise has more than 90 centers in 9 countries (Spain, Argentina, USA, Ireland, Usa, Italy, Holland, Belgium, and Morocco).

The training system of Brooklyn Fitboxing consists of 47 minutes of high intensity combining boxing, kickboxing and muay thai with functional training to the rhythm of music, always supervised by a certified Brooklyn trainer and technology applied through the system of Play Brooklyn competition.

The investment

The investment consists of the refurbishment, conditioning and commissioning of a new branch of the BROOKLYN FITBOXING franchise in Recoleta, for which a total amount of ARS 6.240.240.00 is required. Through SeSocio, 40% of said work will be financed for a total of ARS 2,535,000.00 (taking ARS 39 = USD 1 as a reference for the exchange rate).

The estimated return is 11% on revenues   paid for the exploitation of the premises, payable monthly for 3 years.

The estimated period to receive the first payment is 4 months from the financing of the project:

  • 2 months for the renovation and conditioning of the premises.

  • 1 month for the start-up of the premises and start of service provision.

  • 1 month of operation to receive the first payment.

The following tables detail everything related to the investment:


* Refurbishment of the premises: It is the investment in the civil works of the premises for the realization of changing rooms, lighting, facade, painting, artifacts, etc, and tuning of the premises for its correct operation for the provision of the service.
* Conditioning: It is the investment in the purchase of materials and equipment to be able to give sessions of Brooklyn Fitboxing according to the system demanded by the international franchise.

Currently, with 4 locations already installed in the City of Buenos Aires and more than 1700 Fitboxers training at BROOKLYN FITBOXING, we plan an aggressive expansion plan in 2019, planning to open 8 new franchises.
